RESERVATIONS - A 50% deposit is required to hold reservation and must be received within five days of making reservation. Balance is due two weeks before arrival.
Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be canceled by written notice. The advance deposit will be refunded only if the property is re-rented at the full rental rate. All refunds are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

RENTALS - We rent to families and responsible adults only. We do not rent to house parties. Any violation will result in termination without refund. More than the maximum occupancy is strictly prohibited.

PETS - permitted with an additional cleaning fee of $60
